Anyone who knows me is fully aware of my obsession with scarves. I love them for all seasons. Light, gauzy scarves for spring and summer. Thick warm scarves for winter, checked scarves to edge up an outfit. And of course, circle scarves in all weights and sizes. I love circle scarves. I think they are a great way to finish a look, and are easy for anyone to wear.
Recently, there have been a ton of variations on the circle scarf. Some are long and think. Others have strands of all lengths. Others even have braids or flowers added to them for some extra flair.
The only thing I hate about buying these scarves, is that many of the more unique ones cost quite a bit for a basic piece. I may only wear a particular scarf with one or two outfits. Spending a great deal on one scarf can seem silly at times. But I love my accessories! What’s a girl to do?
Your answer is the Do It Yourself Circle Scarf!
I came across a few scarves that I fell in love with and thought I might be able to tackle making them on my own. I found this helpful video on YouTube and will be tackling this project in the weeks to come!
I want to use this method to make a few variations of this scarf to create some of the other scarves I have posted today. I am so excited for my new scarves!
Will you be making any of these fun scarves? Do you have any fun DIY projects to share?
Cheers.
